NOTRE HISTOIRE

Every garden
begins with a feeling.

Jardin Sucré means “sweet garden”. Ours grows at the meeting of French pastry, quiet beauty, and everyday delight.

LE JARDIN DU LUXEMBOURG · The feeling that started it all

01 · L’INSPIRATION

A pause in Paris.

There is a particular kind of happiness in a Parisian garden. The familiar green chairs. The rustle of chestnut leaves. The soft rhythm of an afternoon that doesn’t need a plan.

We wanted to carry that feeling into a pâtisserie: somewhere green, warm, and alive, where a beautiful pastry can turn an ordinary day into a small occasion.

02 · LE SAVOIR-FAIRE

French foundations.
An open mind.

Our technical foundation comes from FERRANDI Paris: a respect for method, precision, and the patient work behind each layer. It is the starting point for everything we make.

Alongside it, a subtle affinity for Japanese and Korean aesthetics brings a lighter touch: thoughtful proportions, gentle colour, and space for each detail to breathe.

FERRANDI Paris describes our technical background; no school partnership or endorsement is implied.

03 · LE JARDIN CONTINUE

And now, a little garden on Bloor.

A place for morning coffee, a pastry to take the long way home with, and something lovely to share. We look forward to making it part of your neighbourhood.
